I made the Plan
I did make this plan today in the evening around 8pm. Intention is to iterate through it sincerely from tomorrow.

I did walk from 8.30 to 9 pm , plan is also to include half hour daily to blog about the day .
I will be using DAY #?# format to headline to write about the routine
DAY #1#
30 minutes walk 8.30 to 9 pm - I have always been excited about music, it has had a soothing effect on my mood more often than not, just performing a task like walking listening to some likeable music really takes the edge of the task. My choice of songs varied from Guru Randhawa, Frank Sinatra and 80's rock channel(Eye of the tiger, etc). My choices in music were enormously expanded during the good old MTV days of the 90's where we use to get actual music top playlists and songs, my father perhaps in a way encouraged me to explore by buying me a walkman at an early age. Good Old memories, I would run through 2 new AA's (battery) overnite listening through Billie Jean, Blood on the Dance floor, etc
My kid is growing fast she is nearing 16 months, loves music, today in the evening she came and sat on my lap, we listened through One Love, Sukhbir's - Oh ho ho ho, sang "Oh re piya" together it was amazing this little one is something. I hope to make a couple more over the next 6 years. God's greatest gifts.. !!! Meanwhile following this routine perhaps would give me the necessary means to give them a stable and happy home.
Wanted to Call DAD after the walk, to talk about what he said, perhaps will do it tomorrow evening.
Good Night.
